A Beauty and the Beast Retelling
Temp Linnd can’t cook to save her life, but when her young cousins damage a noble’s prize rose bushes, she finds herself becoming the cook for the land’s crankiest noble to pay for her family’s debt. Enter the estate’s overworked, but handsome steward, an attempt to frame an innocent man, and her havoc-causing cat, and Temp’s convinced everything will go up in flames.
A Change of Plans is a Christian fantasy Beauty and the Beast retelling with the tropes of forced proximity and grumpy x sunshine.

A few twists, an unconventional “beast”, a sweet and clean romance, and a few mysteries to boost, and you’re looking at a great read.

I loved this story and recommend it to anyone who loves swoony, wholesome romance, the drama of entertaining kitchen-related incidents, entitled pets, mystery and danger, and incredibly relatable characters who will steal your heart.
